Your Responsibilities

As a Production Worker on our team, you will be performing essential daily line tasks to keep the facility running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Line Operations: Standing at the production line to position raw or portioned meat products efficiently.
• Packaging: Packing finished products securely into ready packages and shipping crates.
• Quality & Safety: Sticking to strict hygiene standards, ensuring packaging meets quality controls, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Cold Environment Work: Comfortably executing daily tasks in a refrigerated food production environment kept at a constant temperature of approximately 4°C.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical, standing work throughout your shift in a cooled environment.
• Flexibility: Ready to rotate smoothly within a two-shift system (mornings and afternoons).
