The client is a world-class global supply chain and logistics provider. Featuring modern high-bay racking systems reaching up to 6 levels, their truck fleet comes equipped with advanced camera systems to ensure optimal safety and driver comfort.

About the Role

This is a dual-machinery warehouse role tailored for experienced operators. You will split your time alternately between operating a forklift (heftruck) and a reach truck, seamlessly transitioning from driving to supporting general warehouse flow on the floor. It is a long-term position designed for individuals looking for consistent hours and a professional industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Efficiently load and unload arriving cargo and delivery trucks.
• High-Bay Machinery Operation: Move, stack, and retrieve pallets across a 6-tier shelving infrastructure alternating between a forklift and a reach truck.
• Order Fulfillment: Hand-pick customer orders accurately using warehouse scanning equipment.
• Inventory Processing: Assist with packing, labeling, and quality-checking inbound and outbound goods.

The role offers a competitive base pay of €15.69 base + €0.27 ADV component = €15.96 gross per hour.

There's also a minimum 8% holiday allowance (bringing your hourly rate to €17.24) plus a minimum of 20 paid vacation days per year. Holiday allowances are paid out every May, and vacation days are paid during your leave or at contract completion.

A premium 130% overtime rate applies for any hours worked beyond a standard 40-hour work week.

All remaining accrued bonuses and extra earnings are fully settled within 8 weeks of completing your contract assignment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active experience operating both a forklift (heftruck) and a reach truck.
• Certifications: Valid Dutch certificates for both forklift and reach truck operations.
• Availability: Commitment to long-term employment. Please note that because this is a core supply chain hub, time-off requests during peak holiday seasons like Christmas and Easter cannot be accommodated.
