Our client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Order Picker to join the team at CTS GROUP, a prominent player in European distribution and logistics.

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Order Picker to join a multicultural team in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of orders for the clients' partner..

Key Responsibilities:

• Full range of order-picking tasks.
• Picking various types of items.
• Preparing orders accurately according to specific client requirements.
• Performing quality checks and handling products with care.

In addition to a competitive hourly wage, the client offers a comprehensive benefits package:

• Holiday Allowance: 8.33% of gross salary.
• Reserved Vacation Hours: 10.92% of gross salary.

• Overtime Pay:
  • 100% (double time) for overtime worked Monday through Friday.
  • 150% (time and a half) for overtime worked on Saturdays.

The workload is around 38-40 hours per week. with morning and afternoon shifts.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience is mandatory.
• Clean criminal record not older than 6 months from the home country (delivered before arrival).
• Physical Ability: Physically apt to perform the manual tasks associated with order picking (standing, walking, lifting).
• EPT: Valid Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) or Forklift certificate.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with other tenants
• Partner: Willing to work in different shifts than your partner.
