CNC Milling Machine Operator (5-Axis, Big Size Department) (€500 - €650 net per week) στην Ολλανδία

Mogema is a high-tech manufacturing company producing large and complex precision components for leading companies in the semiconductor industry, including ASML. Due to increasing production demand, Mogema is looking for experienced CNC Millers for its Big Size department.

What are you going to do?

• Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain and Okuma controls
• Manufacture single pieces and small series of medium and large components
• Set up and adjust CNC machines independently
• Make small corrections to existing CNC programs when necessary
• Work accurately according to technical drawings and specifications
• Check dimensions and quality of finished components
• Work with different materials used in high-precision manufacturing
• Maintain high standards of quality and precision

Programming from scratch is not required.

Requirements:

• You have at least 3 years of experience with 4- or 5-axis CNC milling (in last 5 years)
• You have experience with Heidenhain and/or Okuma controls
• You can independently set up the machine and make necessary corrections
• You can read and work from technical drawings
• You have good material knowledge
• You work precisely and accurately
• You can work independently
• You have a professional attitude and are reliable
• You are willing to work in shifts, including night shifts

Working hours

The Big Size department works in a 4-shift system, including night shifts.

Working times include:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

The schedule alternates between:

• 4 working days / 32 hours – paid for 40 hours
• 5 working days / 40 hours – paid for 48 hours

The additional paid hours apply when you complete the full scheduled shift cycle.
