We are looking for an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision parts according to technical specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
• Interpret technical drawings and adjust machine settings accordingly
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Inspect finished parts to confirm compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Laser Operator
• Strong understanding of CNC laser cutting technology and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

What We Offer

• Salary depending on candidate's experience (gross wage per hour – 15-19€), average net salary after all deductions – €530-€580 per week
