For a professional company specializing in international bulk transport and logistics, we are looking for a skilled Chassis Mechanic to join the Technical Service team. The company specializes in international bulk transport and logistics solutions across Europe and operates a modern fleet of transport equipment. As a Chassis Mechanic, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of chassis and related mechanical systems. Your work plays an important role in keeping the company’s fleet safe, reliable, and ready for daily transport operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting chassis, frames, and mechanical components
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repairing and maintaining braking systems
• Checking and repairing lighting and other technical systems
• Performing welding work when required
• Identifying and solving technical problems
• Recording completed maintenance and repair work accurately
• Working according to strict safety and quality standards
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:

• Vocational education in automotive engineering, metalworking, mechanics, or a similar technical field
• Good technical understanding and practical skills
• Experience with chassis, trailers, trucks, or heavy equipment
• Welding skills are an advantage
• Accurate and quality-focused working style
• Safety-conscious and responsible
• Proactive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Dutch language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
