For our client, we are looking for all-round croupiers to join the game in the Netherlands!

Main Responsibilities

• Run different casino games and make sure they go smoothly;
• Keep the games fun and exciting for players;
• Talk to and entertain guests while staying professional;
• Make sure all games are fair and follow the rules;
• Stay calm and think fast in a busy environment;
• Work with different teams and handle multiple types of casino games;
• Follow the steps needed to keep the games running properly;
• Lead games like Roulette, Blackjack, and Poker;
• Work with teammates to create a friendly and fun atmosphere for guests.

The starting salary for this position is €21.33 gross per hour, including a shift premium, with a 36-hour work week.

You’ll get 27.5 vacation days per year and an 8.3% vacation allowance, giving you plenty of time to rest and recharge.

Health insurance is arranged by TCS Nederland for €38.02 per week, which will be deducted from your salary.

Before you start, you’ll go through paid training to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with great chances to grow, develop your skills, and increase your salary over time. After just 7 months, you could land a permanent contract. 

Plus, if you refer a friend who stays for at least a month, you’ll earn a €250 bonus as a thank-you!

Requirements

• A CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• (VOG) A criminal record in English from own country is necessary to apply for this position;
• The experience needs to be at least 3 years in land-based casinos (only live table experience; online experience is not enough);
• Casino experience must be recent, not older than 2 years;
• Good mathematical skills;
• A guest-oriented attitude and good communication skills;
• Collegiality, pro-activity, willingness to develop, and flexibility;
• Recognize yourself in the core values of hospitality, safe and responsible, highest quality, and A-brand;
• Resilience and adaptability are key, as the job takes place in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Willingness to relocate and stay in the Netherlands long-term is required.

Hiring & Onboarding Process

1. First interview with a TCS recruiter for an initial introduction;
2. Meeting with the hiring manager to get to know the team;
3. A Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC/VOG) from your home country is required;
4. Contract signing and relocation confirmation before moving;
5. Support is provided for accommodation, workplace, and transportation (if applicable);
6. BSN registration upon arrival to receive a Dutch Citizen Service Number;
7. Table tests and screenings to assess skills before starting work.
