At our client's, technical systems are assembled step-by-step. You will join a modern production environment featuring interesting materials and clear work instructions. Role & Responsibilities

As an assembly worker, you help build high-quality technical products alongside colleagues, following clear work instructions to ensure the final product is sound, safe, and reliable. Key tasks include:

• Assembling technical components and products.
• Working with technical drawings and work instructions.
• Checking components and finished products for quality.
• Identifying and reporting deviations.
• Contributing ideas for improvements.
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe.

You will start working the day shift to learn the ins and outs of the trade. Later on, you will move to a two-shift schedule:

• Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

Note: Once you start working shifts, you will receive a 20% shift allowance

Requirements

You do not need years of experience; motivation and precision are more important. Candidates should:

• Be able to provide a clean criminal record;
• Have an interest in technology or production.
• Be handy with power tools.
• Work precisely and have an eye for quality.
• Be eager to learn new things and work well in a team.
• Speak English or Dutch to understand work instructions.
• Bring assembly experience (or a strong desire to learn).
• Be willing to work in a two-shift system in the future.
• Willing to share a room with other tenants and woring different shgifts with yoiur partner..
