Our client in Roosendaal is a prominent international manufacturer of agricultural machinery. They specialize in developing innovative harvesting solutions for a wide range of crops, including corn, beans, and grapes. With a commitment to quality and efficiency, their machines help farmers around the world improve their harvesting operations.

The entire process—from design to final assembly—takes place in Roosendaal. Sheet metal is cut, bent, painted, and assembled on-site, ensuring every machine that leaves the workshop is ready to be shipped directly to the customer.

As an Assembly Mechanic, you play a crucial role in building complete agricultural machines. Based on technical drawings, you will:

• Create complex mechanical constructions
• Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components
• Perform welding tasks (primarily MIG/MAG) to finalize the assembly
• Ensure structural integrity and alignment
• Support a dynamic and collaborative production environment

This is a varied and hands-on role where your precision and craftsmanship directly impact the quality of the finished product.

Job Requirements

• MBO level 2 education in a technical discipline (e.g., construction technology) or equivalent through experience (at least 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and/or hydraulics
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and assembling complex components
• Experience with welding (MIG/MAG preferred)
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy parts
• Proactive and flexible approach to teamwork and dynamic work environments
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and obtain a VCA certificate if needed

Working Conditions

• Salary: €500 – €600 net per week (based on 40 hours)
• Transportation: Free use of a car or electric bike provided by the agency
