Roko Lastechniek B.V. is an experienced and reliable metalworking company with over 18 years of expertise. The company primarily serves the food industry and specializes in general construction sheet metal work. Roko Lastechniek is known for delivering high-quality custom solutions, precision craftsmanship, and practical technical expertise.

For our workshop we are currently looking for a motivated and skilled All-round Welder / Assembler to strengthen our team.

As an All-round Welder / Assembler, you will be responsible for independently executing welding and assembly work on various metal constructions. Projects range from simple to moderately complex designs.

Your daily tasks will consist of:

• 90% welding and assembling activities
• 10% pre-processing work
• Working mainly with:
  • Steel (70–80%)
  • Stainless steel (20–30%)
  • Occasionally aluminum
• Reading and working from simple to medium-complex technical drawings
• Ensuring high precision within tolerances of 0.2 to 2 mm
• Maintaining high quality standards

All work is carried out under normal working hours and conditions in a well-equipped workshop environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in welding and assembling steel and stainless steel
• Basic experience with aluminum is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with light construction sheet metal work
• Able to work accurately within tolerances of 0.2–2 mm
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with pen tables is preferred but not mandatory
• No specific certifications required immediately

Terms of Employment

• Salary: €600 net per week
  • Standard working hours: 07:15 – 16:00 or 06:00 – 17:00.
  • Scheduled breaks: 09:45 – 10:00 and 12:30 – 13:00.
• Occasional overtime and sporadic Saturday work
