Willems Jachtbouw specializes in the construction of high-end aluminum superyachts. As a Yacht Builder / Aluminum Welder, you will be working on luxury yacht hulls within a professional and skilled team environment.

As a Builder / Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding aluminum components used in the construction of superyacht hulls.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling, shaping, and processing aluminum components
• Tack welding and welding aluminum constructions
• Performing fillet welding and flat position welding (no positional welding required)
• Ensuring precise fitting according to technical drawings and specifications
• Working independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with aluminum materials
• Experience as a builder and welder
• Aluminum MIG welding level 1
• Ability to perform fillet welding and flat position welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (3D model experience preferred)
• Driver’s license is preferred (not mandatory)

Working Conditions

• Net salary: €640 per week (including accommodation and health insurance)
• 27 holidays built up per year (21 regular holidays + 6 public holidays)
• Transport organized by agency
• €0.21 per km fuel compensation when using a private car
• Welding mask provided by the company
• Work clothing provided by the agency
• Continuous work available for good welders
