For Hoex Systems, part of the innovative Hoex Group, we are looking for experienced Wood Construction Workers / Prefab Woodworkers to join their growing production team. Hoex Systems specializes in the production of high-quality timber frame construction elements and is currently in an exciting growth phase. This offers employees the opportunity not only to work in production but also to contribute to the further development and optimization of processes within the company.

You will be responsible for assembling and producing prefab timber frame elements based on technical drawings while maintaining high quality standards and working efficiently within the production environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Production and assembly of prefab timber frame construction elements
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Working independently and as part of a production team
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Experience in a prefab, manufacturing, or production environment
• Proven experience in timber frame construction (wood-frame building)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong technical insight and attention to detail
• Independent and responsible working attitude
• Motivated and reliable personality
• Driving license B cat. is an advantage but not mandatory
