The client makes powders mixable, tableable, and soluble, improving flow behavior and optimizing every grain for its intended purpose. Operating in strict hygiene-controlled zones with a state-of-the-art laboratory, Agglomix is a specialist in powder technology and value-added processing for human consumption products (such as protein and dairy powders for athletes, infants, and health enthusiasts).

Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1. Pre-Preparation Worker (Pre-parator)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Picking correct ingredients based on detailed recipes.
  • Handling and manually lifting bags ranging from 0.5 kg up to 25 kg.
  • Placing selected materials carefully onto pallets.
  • Ensuring absolute accuracy and quality at every step.
  • Preparing and transporting pallets to production machines for processing.

Starting Salary Scale: Scale B (€15.49 per hour).

Current Schedule: 1 shift (day shift).

Requirements:

• • Works accurately, precisely, and with great attention to detail.
  • Committed, responsible, and motivated for the long term.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting bags up to 25 kg.
  • Forklift and/or reach truck certificate (forklift is a must; both are a plus). Note: Operating these vehicles takes up only a small part of the day.
  • Experience in order picking is an advantage.

2. Small Packaging Worker

Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Placing empty bags carefully into the machine so they pass smoothly through the line.
  • Monitoring the machine as it automatically opens and fills bags with the right amount of protein powder.
  • Removing filled bags and packing them correctly into boxes.
  • Folding boxes, closing them when full, and stacking them securely on pallets up to a maximum height of 170 cm.

Requirements:

• • Able to lift bags up to 1 kg maximum.
  • English speaking.
  • Precise, flexible, and willing to work in shifts.

3. Cleaning Employee

Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning office and facility floors.
  • Cleaning furniture, desks, workstations, and maintaining toilets/washrooms.
  • Maintaining the canteen and replenishing cleaning materials.
  • Signaling any defects or shortages to maintain a hygienic workplace.

Requirements:

• • Accurate, tidy, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable, independent, and flexible with fixed-day availability.

Working Hours & Shifts

• Standard Workload: 37.5 hours per week.
• Shift Schedule (3-Shift System):
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Allowances

Shift Allowances:

• • 2-shift system: +13%
  • 3-shift system: +18%

Overtime & Special Rates (Applied after 37.5 worked hours; no shift allowance during overtime):

• • Normal hours (<37.5 hours): 100%
  • Weekday Overtime (Sun 22:00 – Fri 22:00): 150%
  • Saturday Overtime (Fri 22:00 – Sat 22:00): 190%
  • Sunday Overtime (Sat 22:00 – Sun 22:00): 200%
  • National Holidays: 200%

Holiday Money: 8.00% gross (calculated on normal hours), paid out weekly on top of salary.

First payment paid at the end of the second week. Candidates should bring sufficient money and food for this initial period (SBA Flex does not pay cash advances).

General Requirements for Production Roles

• Willingness to work in a production environment and handle shift work.
• A clean criminal record document or reference letter needed to apply for this position.
• Ability to lift required weights (heavy bags for pre-prep; up to 1 kg for small packaging).
• High standard of hygiene.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Long-term availability.
• Wolling to share a room with other tenants and work in different shifts with partner
