Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Reachtruck Operator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our warehouse moving smoothly. Your day will be varied and active, switching between specialized machinery operations and collaborative team tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Logistics Operations: Safely loading and unloading trucks utilizing an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
• Inventory Management: Managing storage, inbound, and outbound goods flows using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check and register stock.
• Team Collaboration: Partnering with case pickers to assist in processing small orders and supporting colleagues across the floor wherever needed.
• Safety & Efficiency: Working closely with your team to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Mandatory experience as a Reach truck driver.
• Certifications: A valid reach truck certificate is highly preferred (or a strong willingness to earn one through our internal training program).
• Attributes: High physical fitness, flexibility, and an adaptable approach to weekly rotating shift schedules (early mornings one week, later starts the next)
