Do you have experience as a production or machine operator and are you interested in working with injection moulding machines?

We are looking for an Operator for a professional plastic manufacturing company in Waalwijk.

As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running efficiently and ensuring that products meet required quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring injection moulding machines.
• Starting machines after machine changeovers.
• Performing material and color changes according to instructions.
• Checking machine settings, connections, and monitoring processes via control panels.
• Performing visual and technical quality checks, and measuring products against specifications.
• Making adjustments within permitted operating limits.
• Reporting technical or quality problems to the Shift Leader or Machine Setter.
• Supplying semi-finished products for assembly and moving finished goods to the warehouse.
• Completing production registration forms and tracking quantities accurately.
• Keeping machines and the workplace clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

In addition to the base salary, employees receive a 18.5% shift allowance.

Employees will work in a 3-shift rotation:

• • Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 13:45 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 21:45 – 06:00

Requirements

• Preferably MBO level 2 or a comparable technical background.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience as an Operator, ideally with injection moulding machines.
• Technical understanding and interest in production machinery.
• Ability to recognize and report production or quality deviations.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Responsible, accurate, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Willing to share a room with other tenants and work in different shifts from partner
