A leading metal recycling company in the Netherlands specializing in processing ferrous and non-ferrous metals into high-quality secondary raw materials using modern production equipment and separation systems.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Working outdoors at the company yard near a crane that moves and sorts metal materials, you will be taught how to recognize, sort, and group non-ferrous metals (not household waste). Your main tasks include:

• Accurately identifying and separating non-ferrous metals from ferrous materials.
• Sorting and collecting different types of non-ferrous metals.
• Keeping the working area clean and organized while adhering strictly to safety regulations.
• Note: In case of rain, alternative indoor work in a dry environment is provided.

The salary €459.00 net per week calculated after deduction of accommodation and health insurance costs. Weekly salary payout every week, 8.33% holiday allowance, pension accrual (Pluspensioen) starting from your first working day, and assistance with applying for the Dutch healthcare allowance (zorgtoeslag).

Requirements

• Skills & Experience: Ability to work independently, good physical condition, and prior experience working with or processing metals.
• Certificates & License: A valid Category B driving license is required; a valid VCA certificate is considered an advantage.
• Accommodation and Partner: Willing to share a room with other tenants, and willing to work in different shifts with partner.
