We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of General Production Worker to support our multiple clients.

This role combines typical duties performed in various production companies, including food manufacturing, packing facilities, and meat-processing environments. Duties can vary per company, and flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Production Worker, you will support different stages of the production process, which may include:

• Food preparation.
• Assembly-line work.
• Packing.
• Machine operation.
• Quality control.
• Handling raw materials.

Specific tasks include:

• Assembly Line & Food Preparation: Helping to make sandwiches and snacks, preparing ingredients, ensuring products meet standards, and working in accordance with hygiene and food-safety regulations.
• Packing & Order Preparation: Packing ready-made snacks and finished products, preparing orders, organizing items for the next production steps, and performing quality checks.
• Machine & Equipment Support: Operating or assisting with machines and controlling basic machine functions during production.
• Logistics: Driving and using EPT/pallet trucks where required.
• Meat Processing: Receiving, weighing, and handling raw meat products (e.g., bacon, spare ribs), loading them into smoking or cooking machines, and preparing trays for marinating and packaging.

The salary for the role is €14.40 per hour (gross) for 40 hours per week. Employees work in two shifts (day and afternoon shift) on multiple locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Clean criminal record document not older than 6 months (before arrival)
• Must be physically apt
• No nuts allergies
• The ability to work in a multicultural team
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
