Electrician with VCA (A1 contract) (€625 - €800 net per week) Maasbracht area, En Holanda

We are looking for experienced Electrical Technicians to join long-term electrical installation and maintenance projects in the Maasbracht area of the Netherlands.

You will work with high-, medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including electrical installations, panels and switchboards. The position involves installation, connection and maintenance work according to technical drawings and electrical schematics.

You will be employed under an A1 employment arrangement, with an employment contract through a Lithuanian or Portuguese company, depending on the project, while working in the Netherlands under Dutch working conditions.

Your Responsibilities

• Install, connect and maintain high-, medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Install and connect electrical panels, distribution boards and switchboards.
• Perform electrical installation work according to technical drawings and schematics.
• Carry out electrical construction, installation and maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Check electrical connections and ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Work independently and cooperate with other technicians.
• Maintain a safe, organized and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant electrical installation or maintenance experience.
• Completed education in Electrical Engineering (MBO Level 2 or equivalent, minimum).
• Valid VCA certificate – mandatory.
• Experience installing and connecting electrical panels and switchboards.
• Experience with high-, medium- or low-voltage electrical installations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• NEN 3140 certification at Skilled Person level is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, responsible working attitude.

Salary and Working Conditions

• Salary €625 – €800 net per week based on 40 working hours, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• You will work in the Netherlands under an A1 employment arrangement.
• You will have an employment contract with a Lithuanian or Portuguese company, depending on the project.
• Dutch working conditions will apply.
• Your employer will arrange the necessary A1 documentation, social security contributions and insurance.
• You will sign your employment contract at least one working day before starting work.
• You will receive your contract in English and in a language you understand.
