Hapam is a trusted manufacturer of high-voltage disconnectors used worldwide. To ensure the highest quality and efficiency, we use the most modern machines, including the Victor 205 CNC machine with Fanuc control. This summer, a brand-new horizontal milling machine will also be added to our production, and we will provide training for it!

We are looking for an enthusiastic CNC-Miller (Operator+) who can independently set up, operate, and fine-tune our CNC machines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
• Determining clamping and tool selection.
• Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machines.
• Performing approach and control of tools, products, and materials.
• Making small corrections in CNC programs when needed.
• Manufacturing single pieces and small series of steel and stainless-steel products.
• Working both independently and as part of a small team.

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of CNC milling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in machine setup and tool adjustment.
• Familiarity with Fanuc control systems (Victor machines).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• No official certificate required, but solid proven skills are essential.
