The client is a specialized company focused on packaging, storing, and distributing cheese within the dairy industry. They provide reliable logistics and packaging solutions for cheese producers, ensuring products reach customers safely and efficiently.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you will ensure products are manufactured according to strict specifications and quality standards. Your core duties include:

• Assisting machine operators and handling raw materials.
• Monitoring the production process and addressing minor technical breakdowns.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of international colleagues to maintain smooth production flow.

The working days are from Monday to Friday (longer-term cooperation desired), with 36 hours per week, with occasional overtime opportunities

Shift Schedule:

• • Early Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Late Shift: 15:00 – 00:00
  • Shift length: 8 hours per shift (with a 1-hour unpaid break)

Allowances & Overtime:

• • Monday to Friday (after 18:00): 130%
  • Overtime (after 7.8 hours worked): 130%
  • Saturdays: 130%
  • Sundays & Official Holidays: 220%

• Transport: Located close to the accommodation, easily commutable on foot (approx. 600m).
• Work Clothing & Equipment: Work shoes and specialized work clothing provided.

Requirements

• Production experience is mandatory that reflects in updated English CV;
• Hygiene & Safety Protocols: Strict policy forbidding jewelry, piercings, or long nails due to safety and product standards.

• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom)
