the client is looking for motivated Production Employees to join their team during the crucial seed harvesting season. The primary role involves the careful opening and peeling of rose hips to extract seeds. Additional simple tasks will be performed within our greenhouses among the rose plants.

Responsibilities

• Seed Harvesting (Primary Task): Manually opening and peeling harvested rose hips to collect seeds. This is detailed, accurate work performed while sitting at tables.
• Greenhouse Tasks: Performing simple duties among the rose plants, including removing small unwanted parts, hanging biological control bags, and occasionally removing weeds.
• General: Maintaining accuracy and care in all tasks.

The schedule consists of a day shift, 38 hours per week (approx. 8.45 hours per day). No evening, night, or weekend shifts are required.

Weekly Hours: 37 hours total.

• • Monday to Thursday: 07:00–16:00
  • Friday: 07:00–12:15

The role is split between a temperature-controlled greenhouse and an indoor working area for seed harvesting. The majority of the work is done while sitting. Please note that the greenhouse can become warm on sunny summer days.

Requirements

• Skills & Abilities: Excellent fine motor skills are essential. You must be capable of working carefully and with high precision.
• Can drive the company car and has a valid drivers license;
• Experience: No previous experience is required; full instructions will be provided.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with other tenants
