Your Responsibilities

As an Offloader, you will be at the heart of our inbound logistics, ensuring that high volumes of incoming freight are processed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Container Unloading: Unloading shipping containers safely, efficiently, and within operational timelines.
• Freight Handling: Moving, sorting, and organizing incoming goods as they enter the facility.
• General Logistics: Performing various general warehouse duties to assist the wider team.
• Workplace Standards: Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure working environment to minimize hazards.

In addition to the competitive base pay, workers recieve an additional 10% shift allowance on top of their hourly wage. This role offers full-time stability in a thriving warehouse with strong potential for long-term career growth.

Requriements

• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition and stamina. The work can be heavy, requiring active, hands-on labor throughout each shift.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is considered an advantage, but it is not required—full training is provided.
• Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a track record of excellent attendance.
• Adaptability: Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing daily priorities.
• Safety Mindset: A proactive commitment to workplace health and safety rules, including the proper use of protective gear.
