As a MIG/MAG Welder at Vlastuin, you will be responsible for welding pre-fabricated parts and semi-finished components used in the production of new truck trailers. Welding is done from molds, so assembly work is not required.

The work involves welding black steel parts with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 5 mm. You are expected to deliver high-quality welds, read technical drawings, and contribute to the production process with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on black steel (2–5 mm thickness)
• Weld using predefined mold setups (no need for part assembly)
• Interpret and work from technical drawings
• Perform light locksmith tasks such as grinding and minor mounting work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Work within a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon)

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MIG/MAG welding (black steel 2–5 mm)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Capable of light metalwork (grinding, small assembly tasks)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift rotation
• Team-oriented attitude with reliability and a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €580 net per week (based on 40 hours)
• With overtime: €650 – €675 net per week
• Overtime available: Saturdays (6 hours)
• Paid holidays: 27 days per year (21 standard + 6 public holidays)
