We are looking for experienced MIG/MAG Welders to join industrial projects in the Netherlands.

You will work for LAISTA, a company providing skilled technical workers for projects across Europe. You will be employed under an A1 contract through a Lithuanian or Portuguese company, depending on the project, while working in the Netherlands.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on metal components and structures.
• Read and follow technical drawings and welding instructions.
• Prepare, position and fit metal parts before welding.
• Check weld quality and ensure finished products meet technical requirements.
• Use welding equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work independently and cooperate with other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant MIG/MAG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience in industrial welding is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Own car is an advantage but not required.
• Welding certificates are not mandatory – practical experience is more important.
• Previous experience with robotic welding is an advantage.

Salary and Working Conditions

• Salary €625 – €800 net per week based on 40 working hours.
• The hourly rate may increase depending on your experience and skills.
• 40 working hours per week, usually from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Weekly salary payments.
• First payment normally at the end of the second working week.
• Free accommodation, usually in a private room, although shared rooms may also be used.
• No additional salary deductions or project-related costs are stated for this vacancy.
• Accommodation is located within approximately 50 km of the workplace.
• Transport arrangements and provision of workwear, safety shoes and tools will be confirmed before starting.

Important information – A1 Employment Contract

• You will work in the Netherlands under an A1 employment arrangement.
• You will have an employment contract with a Lithuanian or Portuguese company, depending on the project.
• Dutch working conditions will apply.
• Your employer will arrange the necessary A1 documentation, social security contributions and insurance.
• You will sign your employment contract at least one working day before starting work.
• You will receive your contract in English and in a language you understand.
