Small ready-made metal parts can be worth gold to keep production processes running. But before a piece of raw material becomes a beautiful industrial product, skilled hands and advanced machines are required.

At Stieva, we combine craftsmanship with modern CNC technology to deliver precision parts from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. To further expand our CNC team in Harmelen, we are looking for an independent and all-round CNC-Turner (Programmer).

As a CNC-Turner, you will work closely with two experienced colleagues to manufacture high-quality parts using modern CNC lathes and milling machines. You will be responsible for:

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines (Haas ST 30Y).
• Using Fanuc and Fusion 360 software for CNC programming.
• Manufacturing precision products from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Working from supplied technical drawings and digital files.
• Performing project-based work and handling small series production.
• Ensuring proper adjustment and maintenance of machines.
• Collaborating with your team while also being able to work independently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC turning.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fusion 360 and Fanuc).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with project work and small series production.
• Capable of working both individually and in a team.
• No official certificate required, but solid proven experience is essential.
