Responsibilities

• Independently operate and program Heidenhain milling machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Create and optimize machining programs.
• Set up machines and prepare tooling for production.
• Operate CNC milling equipment and monitor machining processes.
• Change and adjust tools as required.
• Manage projects independently from setup to final production (A–Z responsibility).
• Ensure product quality and adherence to technical specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Heidenhain-controlled milling machines.
• Several years of hands-on experience with CNC milling operations.
• Experience working in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, particularly metalworking.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and machining processes.
