For this project, modules are being built for the aerospace industry. As an Assembly Worker, you will contribute to the construction of high-quality components in a precise and structured work environment.

You will work at a workstation together with 2 to 3 colleagues as part of a team.

Your daily tasks include:

• Working with aluminum materials
• Assembling and clicking parts together
• Deburring parts
• Working with an air drill to ensure airtight connections
• Following detailed work instructions step by step

After the assembly process, the modules are transferred to the Sealing Department, where:

• Two modules are joined together using glue
• Sealing and repair work is carried out
• All parts must be carefully masked before sealing

Job Requirements

• Experience in assembly work (preferably in aerospace, shipbuilding, or precision industries) – at least 1 year
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to focus and work efficiently on repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to take on high responsibility in a technical setting.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Independent, safety-conscious, responsible, accurate, and flexible.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Preferably experience in the metal industry (willingness to learn is valued more).
• Availability for the duration of the project until week 42 of 2026 (October 2026)
• This project requires a Proof of Clean Criminal Record, which can be requested in the Netherlands.
• Willingness to work overtime after the training period

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €540 net per week based on 40 hours
• Working hours: 06:15 – 14:45
• Overtime during weekdays paid at 125%
• Saturday overtime paid at 150%
• Private room accommodation provided
• Transport to work provided (car or e-bike)
