Tire fitter (450-550€ net/week) in Belgium

As a tire fitter, you play a crucial role in the overall functioning of the automotive service center. Your expertise directly contributes to customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the reputation and success of the organization. By providing top-notch tire fitting services, you not only ensure the safety and performance of customers' vehicles, but also help generate revenue through tire sales and associated services.

In this position, your daily tasks include:

• Mastering the techniques and procedures involved in tire fitting, including mounting, balancing, and aligning tires with precision and accuracy.
• Building trust and rapport with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their specific vehicle and driving habits.
• Completing tire fitting tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety;
• Ensuring proper tire inflation, tread depth, and overall condition while also conducting thorough inspections for signs of damage or wear that may require repair or placement;
• Building trust and rapport with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns and providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their specific vehicle and driving habits;
• Collaborating effectively with other team members such as mechanics and service advisors, to coordinate workflow, share expertise and ensure seamless customer experience.

• Competitive salary depending on experience and worked hours – starting from 450 eur net per week

Requirements:

• A CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• At least two seasons of tire changing experience is mandatory (Candidates have to have enough experience to change tires alone or in a team in +/- 20-30 minutes)
• Any other related automotive experience is a big plus;
• Reliable and motivated;
• Can work independently and in a team as well;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay in Belgium for a longer period.

Expected skills:

• Experience with “run flat’’ tires and air pressure sensors TPMS is required.
• Proficient in using all equipment and tools for tire assembly/disassembly.
• Proficient in using all equipment and tools for balancing.
• Proficient in using all equipment and tools for tires regrooving.
• Proficient in using all (measuring) equipment and tools for alignment.
