Operating from a modern, expansive facility, the company includes:

• An in-house paint shop with two large spray booths
• A fully equipped construction department for custom machine development

Their focus is on delivering high-performance, environmentally friendly machinery that precisely aligns with customer demands, whether for sales, rental, or service.

As a Welding Robot Operator, you will play a crucial role in the conversion and customization of excavators. Your tasks include:

• Dismantling diesel engines and installing electric batteries
• Implementing specific mechanical and electrical modifications per customer specifications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Working independently and within a team to ensure high-quality assembly and configuration

This role is hands-on, varied, and critical to the production of modern, emission-free construction equipment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Completed secondary technical education
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in mechanical assembly (at least 1-2 years)
• Ability to independently read and understand technical and electrical diagrams
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly salary: €500 – €600 (based on 40 hours/week)
