For our client, we are looking for a team leader to join their team in Barendrecht, the Netherlands!

We are seeking an experienced leader in the AGF sector who thrives on motivating teams, achieving results, and managing dynamic environments within a shift system.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the production and logistics team during assigned shifts;
• Motivate team members to achieve daily goals and maintain high performance;
• Coordinate daily activities in AGF production or logistics processes;
• Monitor and ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of operations;
• Enforce adherence to established work procedures and standards;
• Contribute to process improvements through active participation and initiatives;
• Provide progress updates and report results to the operations manager.

The starting salary for this position ranges from €15 to €17 per hour, depending on experience, with additional bonuses for working in shifts. Candidates must be Polish to communicate effectively with Polish employees, have at least one year of relevant experience, and have a work history with no jobs shorter than six months.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the AGF, production, or logistics sector;
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift system (morning and evening);
• Proficiency in both Polish and English;
• Practical mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions;

• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
