Our client, with over 30 years of expertise in blasting, sanding, and spraying large machinery, equipment, and metal structures, is seeking Sandblasters and Airless Sprayers to join their skilled team. In these roles, you will be crucial in preparing and finishing surfaces, ensuring long-lasting protection against rust and wear. Your work will involve blasting, sanding, and applying paint to various products, from trucks and trailers to steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sandblasting: Operate in a specialized blasting cabin to remove rust and impurities from metal objects, ensuring a clean, smooth surface ready for painting.
• Airless Spraying: Use airless spraying equipment to apply paint evenly on a range of industrial items, including large equipment, trucks, trailers, and steel structures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure coatings are applied accurately and meet company standards.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to protect yourself, your team, and the work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sandblasting (at least 1 year) or airless spraying (at least 3 years), preferably in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with surface preparation and paint application methods.
• Strong attention to detail for achieving a smooth and even finish.
• Physical ability to work in blasting cabins and handle spray equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety standards in a workshop or industrial setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on productivity and quality.
• Own transportation.
