We are looking for motivated and skilled MAG Welders / Assemblers to join the team at VDL Staal Service. You will work under the supervision of our Polish-speaking team lead, so English is not required. This is a great opportunity for Polish-speaking professionals looking for stable, long-term work in the Netherlands.

Job Responsibilities

For MAG Welder / Assembler:

• Assemble and weld steel air handling units (approx. 3×3 meters)
• Perform MAG welding (corner-to-corner) on steel up to 4 cm thick
• Work based on technical drawings
• Ensure quality and accurate measurements
• Collaborate with colleagues on the workshop floor

For MAG Welder:

• Perform MAG welding only on steel units (up to 4 cm thick)
• Handle series production tasks with precision
• Collaborate within a team setting

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in MAG welding (assembler role includes steel assembly) (at least 2 years)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Accuracy and independence in work
• Polish speaking is required – English is not needed
• Team players with good personality and commitment
• Option to apply as a pair/team of colleagues or friends

• Net Salary:
  • €580/week (Welder/Assembler)
  • €560/week (Welder only)
