Are you an experienced Industrial Painter looking for a stable job in a professional production environment? We are looking for motivated painters to join our wet paint department.

As an Industrial Painter, you are responsible for treating parts with wet paint to protect materials against external influences. You ensure a high-quality finish and work according to strict safety and environmental regulations. After a training period, you will be expected to work independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating wet painting equipment such as: Airless, Hot-Airless, Airmix electrostatic, Cup spray guns,
• Operating compressors
• (Preferably) operating a forklift
• Performing quality checks on your own work (visual finish and required coating thickness)
• Cleaning spraying equipment when changing paint and at the end of the day
• Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized

You work under the supervision of the work planner and collaborate with fellow painters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Painter (wet paint)
• Ability to work independently after a short training period
• Technical insight and good manual skills
• Precision and attention to quality
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Awareness of safety and correct use of personal protective equipment

The work is mainly performed standing, and occasional heavy lifting may be required. Tools and lifting aids are available.

Working Hours

• Day shift or 2-shift system (shift allowance applicable)

Salary

• Day shift: approximately €500 net per week
• 2-shift system: 13–14% shift allowance on the gross salary (resulting in a higher net salary)

• Well-ventilated painting area
• Personal protective equipment (air hoods, masks, etc.) provided by the company
• Strong focus on safety and quality
