Our client, Marinissen Bloemenkwekerij B.V., is looking for flower greenhouse workers to join their team in Veere, the Netherlands!

Marinissen Bloemenkwekerij B.V., located in Veere, Netherlands, is a specialised grower of Hippeastrum (Amaryllis) bulbs. Established as a family-run business, it employs between 6 and 10 people and is committed to sustainable flower cultivation, holding the MPS A+ certification for environmentally friendly practices. The company is well-known in the floriculture sector and provides high-quality products for both domestic and international markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Work inside a greenhouse, cutting and sorting flowers;
• Assess and cut flowers at the appropriate spot near the bulb using a sharp knife;
• Handle tasks in a high-humidity environment with temperatures around 20°C;
• Perform physically demanding tasks that involve hands, arms, and shoulders, including repetitive motions and bent postures;
• Stand or kneel while digging up bulbs;
• Collaborate with the owner and a small team of up to 10 Polish workers in a small greenhouse;
• Wear your own work clothes;
• Other related tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €13.68 gross per hour. Availability is required for the entire period, including staying during Christmas. The weekly hours range from 35 to 45, with weekend work possible depending on scheduling, including Saturdays. There is also a possibility for job reallocation based on performance, motivation, and meeting job requirements.
