We are currently seeking experienced Construction Fitters / Welders to join our team in a two-shift system. In this role, you will independently carry out welding and assembly work for a wide range of metal structures and parts—from standard components to complex fabrications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and assembly tasks based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Independently construct complex structures and installations.
• Utilize Mig/Mag welding techniques to produce high-quality welds.
• Prepare materials, plan processing order, and perform in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality of your own work.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
• Experience with Mig/Mag welding processes (at least 1-2 years).
• Capability to construct complex structures without supervision.
• Skilled in preparing workpieces and determining processing sequences.
• Ability to carry out quality checks during and after production.
• Welding certificates are preferred but not mandatory.
