Warehouse worker with experience Waddinxveen, in Netherlands

Job description

Our partner is a wine distributor, importing wines from over 20 countries. From the distribution center, 55 million bottles of wine per year are shipped to wholesalers and wine companies.

Our partner is looking for a warehouse worker with experience to join their team!

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Retail order picking via hand scan;
• Locating products using technology;
• Retrieving orders according to quantity, size, etc.
• Building pallets with orders and positioning them to load docks;
• Loading and unloading containers;
• Operating a forklift in and around the warehouse (in consultation);
• Other related tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €15,72 gross/hour. 

This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

You will be working around 144h/per 4 weeks and the salary will be €2.264 gross with a holiday allowance and bonus included (paid every 4 weeks). 8% of the holiday allowance is included.

Employees can request an advance of 75 euros per week, deducted from their monthly salary.

The accommodation is in Pijnacker, in a 2-person room.

Work is organized from Monday to Friday in one shift.

Requirements:

• CV in English is required to apply for this position;
• Previous experience is needed;
• Forklift certificate will be considered a plus;
• Great attention to detail;
• Diligent and punctual;
• Good physical strength;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.
