Job Description

You will work on the production line sorting clothing products. Key tasks include:

• Checking, sorting, and preparing garments according to company guidelines.
• Maintaining attention to detail and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the gross hourly wage, you will also get:

• Holiday Allowance: 8% (paid weekly)
• Vacation Hours: 8.51% (saved and paid out during your holiday)

The shift allowance and bonus structure is the following:

• Monday – Saturday (18:00 – 00:00): + 20%
• Monday – Saturday (00:00 – 06:00): + 40%
• Sunday: + 50%

Overtime (above 40 hours/week):

• • Monday – Saturday: + 30%
  • Sunday: + 50%

Shift s and Workin Hours

• Work Days: Monday through Saturday
• Shift Times:
  • 06:00 – 15:00
  • 15:00 – 00:00

Requirements

• Clothing/Safety: Safety shoes with a steel nose are required (bring your own or have them provided by the company).
• Physical Fitness: Capable of standing for long periods, walking, and performing repetitive manual sorting tasks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven production schedule.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with other tenants
• Partner: Willing to work with a partner in different shifts
