In the first two weeks, new employees must wear blue jeans without holes in the knees. After 2 weeks, twill receive trousers from Arvato.

Job Responsibilities

• Packing and repacking various items
• Placing products in boxes and palletizing them
• Assembling and collecting orders (order picking)
• Loading and unloading trucks

Currently, the client has two locations for the role:

Arvato Puttershoek:

• One client: Uniqilo.
• Working in 2 shifts and once in the 2 weeks on Saturday
• Available for a longer time of period.
• Living location. Most likely Waalwijk. This is 45-50 minutes driving to Puttershoek

Arvato Echt:

• They have 2 clients. LuLuLemon and Dyson
• Working in 2 shifts
• Available for a longer time of period.
• Living location. Most likely Grubbenvorst. This is 40-45 minutes driving to Echt.

The base salary for this role is €14.71 gross/hour. Additionally, employees will receive the following shift bonuses and allowances:

19:00–00:00 ➜ +35%

00:00–06:00 ➜ +45%

06:00–07:00 ➜ +35%

Saturday ➜ +50%receive

Sunday ➜ +100%

Holiday pay: +8.33%

Employees get paid weekly, every Friday, and safety shoes, along with work clothing, are provided. Work happens in three shifts, depending on the department, but most departments have no night shifts. There are also two unpaid 15-minute coffee breaks and a half-hour lunch break.

Job Requirements

• Take blue jeans for a work uniform;
• Responsible, precise, and flexible approach to work
• A certificate of good conduct (Declaration of good behavior) is mandatory
• Willingness to stay long-term
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
