Our client is a leading specialist in premium frozen fresh pizza dough, serving clients in over 20 countries—from pizza chains and caterers to wholesalers and travel venues. In their state‑of‑the‑art Amstelveen factory, they produce more than 30 million kilos of dough a year. Their dough, including innovative options like cauliflower and carrot bases, is made with six 100% natural ingredients, is GMO‑free, shelf‑stable up to 6 months, and meets the highest food safety standards. Currently, the company is looking for warehouse workers to join their team.

About the Role

As a warehouse worker, you will be in charge of:

• collecting orders,
• preparing goods for shipment,
• preparing shipment 2x per week in cold storage (extra €15)
• Organizing and keeping your work area clean
• Other related tasks with the general job description of a warehouse worker.

The salary for the roles is €14.71/hr with additional allowances such as freezer work and shift premiums. In addition, the company offers long-term, stable employment with pay raise and promotion opportunities in a friendly work environment. Employees of the week get a pizza voucher, while the Employee of the Month receives a €50 gift card.There's also 2 days per week in cold storage with €15 extra per day.

Work happens in morning and night shift, with a stable, 40-hour work week.

Shift Premiums:

• Mon–Fri (00:00–06:00): +40%
• Sat (00:00–06:00): +50%
• Sat (06:00–00:00): +30%
• Sun (all day): +50%
• Freezer work: +€15/day bonus

Requirements

• Physically fit and motivated (for lifting, standing, and warehouse work)
• English proficiency at B1 level
• Valid driver’s license (use of agency car or personal vehicle)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner

Housing & Transport

• Shared housing (max 2 per room, up to 8 occupants per house)
• Located within 30 km of the facility (Amsterdam/Amstelveen zone)
• Transport provided by agency or via own vehicle
