Job Description

As a Warehouse Employee at Bidfood, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing food and non-food items using a headset system. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products according to order instructions.
• Operate a headset picking system (voice-directed).
• Check the accuracy and quality of prepared orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

The salary for this role is €14.76 gross/hour for employees older than 23. Overtime and shift allowances apply according to company policy. Employees will first work the morning shift for training (first 3 or 4 weeks). Afterwards, they will work in weekly rotating shifts (morning: 06:00 – 15:00 and late: 15:00 – 00:00).Bidfood offers a stable pool with plenty of working hours each week.

Monday – Friday 04:00 – 06:00 125%

Monday – Friday 6:00 – 19:00 100%

Monday – Thursday 19:00 -22:00 125%

Sunday – Friday 22:00 – 04:00 150%

Saturday 00:00 – 14:00 150%

Saturday 14:00 – 19:00 175%

Saturday 19:00 – 00:00 200%

Sunday 00:00 – 22:00 200%

Requirements:

• A CV in English is mandatory to apply for this position
• Available 32–40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work any shifts
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• English: B1 level (speaking and understanding)
• Driver’s license: Mandatory (you must be able to drive to work independently)
