Our client, GXO Logistics, is looking for a dedicated and motivated warehouse worker with experience.

GXO Logistics is one of the world’s largest logistics providers, working with top global brands like Zalando, Nike, Reebok, FOX, Younique, and more. The Heerlen warehouse is a modern logistics hub handling clothing, medical equipment, cosmetics, garden products, and building materials.

Daily Tasks

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Keeping inventory accurate
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Rotating through departments when needed
• Supporting team targets and assisting colleagues

Note that the salary for this position is €14.40 per hour, with shift allowances ( 00:00–06:00 → 145%, 06:00–19:00 → 100%, 19:00–21:00 → 125%, 21:00–23:00 → 135%) and additional allowances for weekends (150% on all shifts on Saturday and 200% on Sunday). This is a full-time role with a 32 to 40 hour work week and possible overtime during peak periods. The company also offers travel reimbursement (€0.30/km if you have your own car).

Requirements:

• A CV in English or Polish is necessary to apply for this vacancy
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience is mandatory
• VOG (Criminal Record Document) is a must
• Previous experience in warehouse is mandatory
• Flexibility to work multitasking and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in early, late and night shifts (5 shifts scheme)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• Availability to stay in the Netherlands long-term.
