Opis posla

As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of trucks and other commercial vehicles.

Your tasks will include:

• Performing maintenance and repair work on trucks and heavy vehicles
• Carrying out both preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting
• Diagnosing technical issues such as engine malfunctions, electrical systems, brake systems, and transmissions
• Conducting periodic inspections and preparing reports
• Performing MOT (APK) inspections if certified
• Replacing worn or defective parts such as brakes, tires, and engine components

Job Requirements

• Completed education in automotive technology, preferably specialized in trucks or commercial vehicles
• 5 years of proven experience as a truck or vehicle mechanic
• Knowledge of different truck brands such as MAN, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, etc.
• In possession of APK1 and APK2 certificates, or willingness to obtain them
• Tachograph certification is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of truck systems including engines, brakes, hydraulics, electronics, and chassis

Terms of Employment

• Salary: €600 – €700 net per week based on 40 hours
• Weekly salary payments
