We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder specializing in thin stainless steel (RVS) to join a growing technical company.

The company manufactures high-quality stainless steel products and constructions. You will mainly work with thin stainless steel sheets and square or rectangular tubes with a material thickness of 1–2 mm.

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing precise, high-quality welds and assembling stainless steel constructions according to technical drawings. This position requires excellent welding skills, accuracy, and experience working with thin materials, where controlling heat input and preventing deformation are essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing TIG welding (141) on stainless steel (RVS) components and constructions.
• Welding thin stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 1–2 mm.
• Welding thin-walled stainless steel square and rectangular tubes with a wall thickness of 1–2 mm.
• Assembling, positioning, and fitting stainless steel components according to technical drawings.
• Producing clean, accurate welds while minimizing heat distortion and material deformation.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Inspecting welds and checking the dimensions and quality of finished products.
• Working independently and together with colleagues to complete production assignments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven recent professional experience in TIG welding (141), particularly stainless steel.
• Experience welding thin stainless steel sheets (1–2 mm) is essential.
• Experience welding thin-walled stainless steel tubes (1–2 mm) is essential.
• Good knowledge of TIG welding techniques, heat control, and working with thin materials.
• Experience assembling and fitting metal components according to technical drawings.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings independently.
• Previous experience in stainless steel fabrication or a similar metalworking environment.
• Technical or vocational education in welding or metalworking is an advantage.
• Accurate, independent, and quality-focused working attitude.
