For a professional industrial workshop in the Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced TIG Pipe Welder. The work focuses on high-quality pipe welding in stainless steel (RVS) or CuNiFer (copper-nickel alloys). This position is suitable for an experienced welder who is confident working independently and can produce high-quality single-sided welds according to the required welding procedures.

As a TIG Pipe Welder, you will mainly perform TIG welding on pipes using welding process 141. You will work on both butt welds (BW) and fillet welds (FW), including single-sided welds without backing.

The work is performed in a workshop environment and requires a high level of precision, technical knowledge and welding experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• TIG welding of stainless steel and CuNiFer pipes;
• Performing butt welds (BW) and fillet welds (FW);
• Producing single-sided welds without backing;
• Welding according to method 141 (TIG);
• Welding in H-L045 / 6Gu position;
• Working with FM5 filler material for stainless steel;
• Working with W34 filler material for CuNiFer / copper-nickel alloys;
• Ensuring that all welds meet the required quality standards;
• Working independently and accurately in a professional workshop environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced pipe welder who meets the following requirements:

• Proven professional experience as a TIG pipe welder;
• Strong practical experience with TIG process 141;
• Experience welding stainless steel (RVS) and/or CuNiFer;
• Experience with both BW and FW pipe welds;
• Able to perform single-sided welding without backing;
• Able to weld in H-L045 (6Gu) position;
• For stainless steel welding: knowledge and experience with FM5 filler material;
• For CuNiFer welding: knowledge and experience with W34 filler material (copper-nickel alloys);
• Relevant valid welding certification according to ISO 9606-1 for stainless steel and/or ISO 9606-3 for CuNiFer;
• Preferably certified for the widest possible welding ranges;
• Able to work independently and deliver consistently high-quality welds;
• Own Adflo welding helmet/mask required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Net salary: €660–€710 per week based on 40 hours, after deduction of tax, accommodation and health insurance;
• Approximately €1.25 per hour additionally reserved, which is paid when taking leave;
• Possibility to earn more when you have your own transportation;
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
• During busy periods, overtime may be available on weekdays and partly on Saturdays;
• Private bedroom accommodation arranged;
• Commuting allowance of €0.23 per km, or transportation may be possible with an agency's car;

• Holidays can be arranged in consultation with the supervisor/planning.
