Your Role as a Reachtruck Driver

Your primary responsibility is the safe and efficient movement of goods within the high-shelf warehouse. Your tasks will include:

• Using the reachtruck to place pallets on high-level shelving.
• Loading and unloading goods and materials from trucks.
• Order picking, packing, and preparing items for transport.
• Managing receipts and moving stock to the correct pick locations.
• Assisting in other warehouse departments during peak times to ensure team success.

The hourly wage for this role is €15.35 + 10.5% holiday allowance, and 10% extra for working in the 2-shift rotation. The role provides real opportunities to advance (to roles such as machine operator or team leader). Additionally, the work environment is clean, safe, and friendly, with a culture built on trust and fun. Lastly, the company will pay for your daily commute to the Tilburg site.

Working hours

You work in 2 shifts: 6:00 – 15:00 15:00 – 24:00

Requirements

• A valid reach truck certificate and proven experience (safety is priority #1).
• Communicative English or Dutch (B1 level).
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Available for 40 hours/week, including Saturdays during the high season (Nov–Jul).
• You are focused on results, can handle the pressure of a busy warehouse, and enjoy working in an international team.
• You need to have your own accommodation!
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner.
