Rotovia Rijen was founded in 1992 and manufactures high-quality hollow plastic products such as tanks, IBC containers, and custom solutions. Working on a 17,000 m² site with 7,500 m² of production area, you will be one of about 35 employees operating 6 machines. The culture is known for technical expertise, high-quality products, and a hands-on, collaborative working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the entire production process, from machine operation to final finishing:

• Machine Operation: Working with ovens and injection molding machines to shape plastic into hollow or solid products.
• Post-Processing & Finishing: Taking care of trimming edges with a knife, assembling components (like wheels on waste bins), and ensuring products are finished neatly and accurately.
• Tool Use: Using simple tools such as small knives, drills, and a gas burner safely and effectively.
• Physical Work: Securing products with wooden plates during drying and handling products, some of which can weigh up to 20 kg.
• Quality Checks: Performing checks to ensure every product is complete and in perfect condition.
• Manual Finishing: For specific products (like boat models), this includes adding ropes or other materials to ensure a high-quality look.

The work is varied, hands-on, and no two days are the same. The gross salary for this role is €14.71 per hour with a12% shift allowance is included, resulting in €16.48 gross per hour. Work in a modern production facility with a comfortable temperature and a great, close-knit team atmosphere with 45 minutes of unpaid breaks per working day. Note: The company is closed for two weeks during Christmas.

Job Requirements (Mandatory)

• Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in a two-shift system (Morning: 07:00-14:45 and Evening: 15:45-00:30, Monday to Friday).
• Physical Capability: Able to lift and move products up to 20 kg.
• Skills: Comfortable using simple hand tools and performing accurate, detail-oriented work.
• Attitude: Reliable, punctual, a team player, and able to work independently while safely following procedures.

• Partners: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• Workwear: Required to purchase safety shoes (€30).
