Our client, Karpack B.V., is looking for production employees to join their team in Roosendaal, the Netherlands!

​Karpack B.V., established in 1996, is a packaging specialist based in Roosendaal, Netherlands. They offer customized packaging solutions for sectors including AGF (potatoes, vegetables, and fruit), industry, e-commerce, floriculture, and retail. Committed to sustainability, Karpack has installed 2,692 solar panels with a 1,100 kWp system to ensure efficient and eco-friendly production and delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Controlling the process lines;
• Intervening in the event of disruptions;
• Complying with safety regulations;
• Keeping tools and the working environment clean;
• Other related tasks.

The starting salary for this position is €14.06 gross per hour.

Employees working on Saturdays receive 125% of their salary, while those working evening shifts from 18:00 onward earn 104% of their base pay.

Overtime exceeding 40 hours per week is compensated at 108% of the standard rate.
