Are you passionate about technology and precision? As a Panel Builder, you will be at the forefront of assembling high-quality low-voltage distribution panels. You will work with cutting-edge tools and techniques, ensuring that everything is built according to the highest standards.

Your main tasks will include:

• Reading and interpreting technical and electrical schematics
• Accurately assembling panels to meet specifications
• Applying your knowledge of materials and components, including fuse holders, residual current devices, and ferrules
• Skillfully handling tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wire strippers

This role offers stability and year-round work in a newly built production hall, providing a safe and warm working environment. With the energy transition in the Netherlands leading to more than 50,000 new transformer substations in the coming years, you will play an essential role in a growing industry.

Requirements

• Ability to read schematical electrical drawings
• Experience as a panel builder (at least 2 years) and technical education
• Good work attitude and willingness to commit long-term

Your First Week

When you arrive in the Netherlands, one of our coordinators will welcome you and take you to your temporary accommodation in Nijkerk. You’ll spend a day at our training center to meet your contact persons and trainers, ensuring that you are fully prepared and comfortable with the Dutch way of working.

During your first week, we provide free accommodation, lunch and drinks during training days, and €20 net per training day to cover your initial expenses. We’ll also assist you in getting your Dutch citizen service number (BSN) and the VCA safety course, if needed. At the end of the week, you’ll move into your new accommodation and be ready to start work.
