Join the logistics team at Albert Heijn, one of the Netherlands' most trusted supermarket brands! As an Order Picker (Shopper), your mission is to accurately and efficiently collect orders in the warehouse, working closely with team leads and planners to ensure quality, productivity, and smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use a handheld scanner to pick products accurately
• Collect and prepare customer orders
• Ensure the quality and condition of items before delivery
• Comply with warehouse safety and hygiene rules
• Work in both warm and refrigerated environments

Note that the salary for this role is €14,71 per hour, with a 3-shift workweek (Morning: 06:00–14:30, Afternoon: 14:30–22:30, Night: 23:00–06:00). The company also offers shift allowances across the entire week for seven days

Hours: You will work 35 hours on average and shifts normally take 7 or 7,5 hours (the sooner the work is done, the earlier you can go home)

Shift Allowances

• Weekdays 20:00–22:00: 125%
• After 22:00: 150%
• Saturday until 18:00: 130%
• Saturday after 18:00: 150%
• Sunday: 150%

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language
• Physically fit and comfortable walking most of the shift
• A positive, open, and reliable attitude

Arrivals are on Friday, or Monday before 11:00 to their office in Waalwijk.

Deposits to pay upon arrival.

• Accommodation: Pay on arrival (amount depends on arrival day: €22.83 – €228.30)
• Bicycle deposit: €250 (refundable)
• Work badge deposit: €30–€60 (refundable)
• BSN copy (if needed): ~€17 (non-refundable fee)
