Meat Production Worker With Experience (Clean Criminal Record) Boxtel, u Nizozemskoj

Our client is an international leader in the production of meat, meat products, and plant-based alternatives. They are currently looking for motivated production workers for their Boxtel facility.. In this role, you will play a vital part in sorting, selecting, and preparing high-quality products for retail and industry clients worldwide.

Please note: Depending on operational needs, you may be assigned to one of several production departments:

Inpak Packing / Asia Department

• Packing meat into boxes
• Placing and arranging meat in boxes
• Sorting meat
• General meat-packing activities

Facilities Department

• Ensuring that the Vion work area remains clean and tidy
• Managing and taking care of work clothing for all employees

Production Support / Cleaning Department

• Cleaning between the production lines
• Ensuring that empty crates are available where needed
• Removing and transporting full crates

Cutting Room

• Hanging hams on hooks
• Performing physically demanding work in the production area
• Other manual tasks related to meat processing

A standard, 36-hour work week. Typical starting times are 06:00 – 14:12 or 14:12 – 22:24. Saturday work is required approximately 30 out of 52 weeks per year.

Attractive Allowance Structure:

• 06:00 – 19:00: 100% (Base)
• 19:00 – 22:00: 117%
• 22:00 – 04:00: 135%
• 04:00 – 06:00: 117%

Overtime: Monday–Friday (after 36 hours or 9 hours/day) is paid at 125%.

• Saturdays: Rates range from 120% to 162.5% depending on total hours and number of days worked.
• Sundays: 180%.

Holiday Pay: 8.00% gross holiday allowance on normal hours, paid out with your weekly salary.

Requirements

• A clean criminal record document or reference letter needed to apply for this position.
• Experience: Mandatory experience in a production environment in a factory; preferred in food/ meat.
• Environment: You will be working in a cold environment (average temperature of 5–7°C).
• Physical Demands: This is a physically demanding role; you should be comfortable standing and performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Product Handling: Candidates must be comfortable working directly with unprocessed meat.
• Flexibility: We require flexibility regarding starting times and availability.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partners: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
