Join the McDonald’s team in Venray through SapphireBlack, where no two days are the same! You will work across four departments, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic fast-food environment.

Your Tasks Include:

Kitchen:

• Frying fries, chicken, croquettes, and other items
• Grilling burgers
• Preparing sandwiches

Drive-Thru:

• Taking customer orders
• Handling checkout payments

Order Collection Station:

• Collecting and organizing orders
• Matching orders to screen-displayed numbers
• Issuing completed orders to customers

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Keeping the restaurant and terraces clean
• Emptying trash cans
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and workplace
• Ensuring outdoor areas and parking lots are tidy

Note that the salary for this role is 14,40 euros per hour. Successful candidates will start with training and full introduction to work on their first day. Minimum 38 working hours per week, with availability required 7 days a week. Work schedules are planned 3 weeks in advance, and time off requested should also be submitted 3 weeks before the desired date.

The company will provide McDonald’s branded shirts, aprons, and anti-slip work shoes. Employees must bring their own dark blue or black jeans.

Job Requirements

• You must have at least B1 level English, German, or Dutch to communicate effectively with customers
• No gel nails or jewelry allowed during work for hygiene and safety reasons
• Phones and chewing gum are prohibited in the workplace (phones can be stored safely)

No vacation allowed during July and August due to peak season
