As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring that all machines and technical installations operate at peak performance.

You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing:

• Injection molding machines
• Auxiliary equipment
• Technical installations

Your tasks include:

• Performing preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions quickly and effectively
• Contributing ideas for technical improvements
• Ensuring production reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams
• Communicating with external technicians and suppliers when required

Thanks to your technical expertise, the production process continues smoothly and without unnecessary downtime.

Job Requirements

You are a hands-on technician with a broad technical interest and a practical mindset. You enjoy troubleshooting and are comfortable working with different technologies.

Additionally, you have:

• A completed relevant technical education and/or relevant work experience (at least 3 years in recent 5 years)
• The ability to work independently
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills
• A service-oriented attitude
